Operation Healthier Me – What I am doing to make 2019 my healthiest year yet.

  1. Cutting out sugars and carbs except for Sundays of course.  Eating healthy is work and on Sundays we rest 🙂
  2. Signed up for a gym and am actually going regularly. Which is different than the past when I would only go once every couple weeks.
  3. Diversifying the ways I am active. Golf, Walking, Zumba, Cardio Kickboxing, Yoga, Weights.  Finding that if I give myself options it is easier to not let my excuses keep me form getting active because I get to choose each day what I want to do.
  4. Multitasking by making new friends and having quality time with those close to me at the same time as exercising.
  5. Giving myself grace and recognizing when I emotionally eat.  Being more tuned into my emotions and behaviors.
  6. Creating more margin in my life for rest.
