- Cutting out sugars and carbs except for Sundays of course. Eating healthy is work and on Sundays we rest 🙂
- Signed up for a gym and am actually going regularly. Which is different than the past when I would only go once every couple weeks.
- Diversifying the ways I am active. Golf, Walking, Zumba, Cardio Kickboxing, Yoga, Weights. Finding that if I give myself options it is easier to not let my excuses keep me form getting active because I get to choose each day what I want to do.
- Multitasking by making new friends and having quality time with those close to me at the same time as exercising.
- Giving myself grace and recognizing when I emotionally eat. Being more tuned into my emotions and behaviors.
- Creating more margin in my life for rest.
